Our Story
NZ Investments was established with a clear vision to provide New Zealand investors with access to premium international property opportunities that are typically reserved for institutional investors and well connected global networks. We recognised a gap in the market where high quality, high growth opportunities existed, yet remained largely inaccessible or unknown to individual investors locally.
Our foundation is deeply rooted in real world experience. Our Director, Mr. Robin K Babu, built a strong investment portfolio in New Zealand, making multi million dollar property investments over the years. Through this journey, he developed a deep understanding of market cycles, value creation, and long term growth within the New Zealand property landscape.
With this strong foundation, he strategically expanded into the Australian property market in 2017. What followed was a defining moment within just a few years, the investment delivered exceptional capital growth. The scale and speed of transformation, driven by infrastructure development, population growth, and strong economic fundamentals, was truly remarkable. The contrast and momentum he witnessed in the Australian market were not just encouraging they were eye opening.
This firsthand experience became a turning point. It highlighted not only the immense potential of international markets like Australia, but also the significant lack of awareness among investors in New Zealand about such opportunities.
What began as a personal investment journey soon evolved into a larger vision.
